Zhoushan Zhuoyuan Shipping Co., Ltd.

Zhoushan Zhuoyuan Shipping Co., Ltd. is a maritime transport enterprise specializing in waterborne petrochemical logistics, established in 2007 by Ningbo Zhuoyuan Group in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. With approval from the Ministry of Transport and a valid inland waterway transport license, the company primarily engages in the carriage of cargo—including bulk chemicals and refined petroleum products—between domestic coastal ports and ports along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Over the past decade and more, leveraging the resource support of its parent group, the strategic advantages of the Ningbo–Zhoushan port complex, and the economies of scale offered by the Zhoushan shipbuilding base, the company has achieved steady growth. Committed to maintaining a strong reputation and delivering high‑quality service, it has long served as a trusted liquid chemical carrier for numerous integrated refining and petrochemical enterprises and specialized marketing firms within the Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC, and Sinopec Group systems. With 18 years of impeccable safety records and outstanding service performance, the company has earned a solid reputation and positive word‑of‑mouth among domestic oil‑refining and chemical‑integrated producers, as well as among its peers in the domestic liquid chemical shipping industry.
The company currently operates and manages a total of 12 vessels, including one 1,000‑ton class liquid chemical tanker, two 1,300‑ton class liquid chemical tankers, two 1,500‑ton class liquid chemical tankers, one 1,700‑ton class liquid chemical tanker, two 2,000‑ton class liquid chemical tankers, two 3,000‑ton class liquid chemical tankers, one 260‑ton class bunker tanker, and one 5,000‑ton class cargo vessel, with a combined carrying capacity of 23,560 tons. The company primarily provides specialized coastal and inland waterway chemical shipping logistics services and technical operations to Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC, Sinochem Holdings, and numerous integrated refining‑chemical enterprises and chemical producers across China, serving key routes in the coastal and middle‑lower Yangtze River regions, as well as major inland waterways such as the Yongjiang and Huangpu Rivers. Its main cargoes include bulk chemical feedstocks like pure benzene, PX, mixed aromatics, xylene, ortho‑xylene, toluene, and methanol. Service areas span from northern ports such as Qinhuangdao and Dalian, through the coastal regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, to southern ports in Fujian, Hainan, and Guangdong. Additionally, the company supports inland chemical transportation at major river‑front ports along the Yangtze, including Nanjing and Zhangjiagang, thereby facilitating domestic coastal and Yangtze‑riverine chemical shipments.
The company boasts a well‑structured organizational framework, with operational functional departments including the General Manager’s Office, Commercial Operations Department, Marine Affairs Department, Engineering Department, Safety and Environmental Protection Department, and General Administration Department, thereby ensuring safe, healthy, technologically advanced, and professional operations and management.
