The Second Working Meeting of the Ninth Term of the Ningbo Zhuoyuan Cultural Organizing Committee was held successfully.
On the afternoon of June 23, 2026, the Second Working Meeting of the Ninth Term of the Ningbo Zhuoyuan Cultural Committee was solemnly held at the Administrative Conference Center on the 14th floor of Zhuoyuan Group. The meeting brought together group leaders, representatives of heads of various enterprises, heads of comprehensive departments from each enterprise, and selected members of the original cultural committee.
1. Looking back on our years of hard work, the bountiful harvest fills the branches with fragrant fruit.
At the outset of the meeting, Ms. Liao Jinrong, Director of the Zhuoyuan Cultural Committee, delivered the first annual work report for the ninth term. With a rich mix of visuals and text, she reviewed the numerous activities organized by the Chinese-language committee over the past year, as well as the significant achievements in corporate culture building: from the Spring Festival study‑tour titled “Engaging with Outstanding Zhejiang Entrepreneurs and Visiting Vibrant Private Enterprises,” to the Group leadership’s visits to front‑line teams across various subsidiaries during the Lunar New Year; from summer initiatives to bring relief from the heat, to autumn team‑building excursions to Moganshan celebrating outstanding employees; and culminating in the year‑end gala. Accompanied by relevant photographs and written records, these efforts not only highlighted the growing cohesion of the team but also traced the full trajectory of each event, profoundly embodying the core values of Zhuoyuan’s corporate culture—“unity and collaboration, pursuit of excellence”—while actively advancing a dynamic corporate culture and fostering a spirited, high‑performing team.
2. Passing on the torch, embracing new responsibilities with steadfast dedication to long-term success.
This meeting proceeded smoothly and in strict accordance with the agenda. During the session, Han Aixia was elected as a member of the Ninth Cultural Committee; Ms. Liao Jinrong, the former chair of the committee, resigned for personal reasons, and the meeting elected Wang Lijun, a member of the Ninth Cultural Committee, as the new chair. At the meeting, the newly appointed chair, Wang Lijun, delivered a work report and statement centered on the theme of “inheritance, practical implementation, and united efforts,” and pledged that all members of the Cultural Committee will continue to forge ahead in building a vibrant Zhuoyuan corporate culture.
3. Unite as one and work together to build a thriving and prosperous home.
Amid warm applause, the group’s leadership and representatives of the company’s management each took the floor, clearly demonstrating Zhuoyuan’s commitment to and active promotion of corporate culture. We regard culture as the foundation of our enterprise and the driving force behind its continued growth.

Tracing the Footsteps of the Cradle of the Republic
Image From July 3 to 6, 2026, a delegation of advanced employees from Ningbo Zhuoyuan Group, representing the 2025 annual awards, traveled to Ganzhou, Yudu, and Ruijin in Jiangxi Province, as well as Changting in Fujian, to participate in a team-building activity themed “Tracing the Cradle of the Republic—Recalling Glorious Years, Charting a Journey of Endeavor.” The event was planned and organized by the Group’s Cultural Committee and meticulously executed, with the dual objectives of recognizing outstanding individuals and setting exemplary role models, while also enabling these distinguished employees to draw spiritual strength from China’s revolutionary history, thereby strengthening team cohesion and a sense of belonging.
